New for this year, our online entry process is being handled by CAFE. Please visit their website and register (it’s free) and look for our show’s call description in their list of upcoming shows/events.

Complete online image submission guidelines and image preparation instructions can be found here.

    How to Enter

    Offline Entries

Entry forms are available here: 2008 Photo Show Entry Form Download and print as many as you need. Send completed forms and all entry fees to the address found on the form.

    Online Entries

Something new this year is our newly formed alliance with CallForEntry (CAFE) to handle all of our show’s submissions. We will utilize their excellent online registration package for the 2008 Photo Show. To submit for this year’s LAA Photo Show, go to CallForEntry.org and register (it’s free!!) as an artist. Once registered and logged in, you can upload a portfolio of images, ready to be submitted to hundreds of shows that CAFE is supporting. Then submit selected images from your portfolio directly to our show with a click of the mouse button.

    Shipping Arrangements

Another new item for this year’s show. We’ve made special arrangements to have Craters & Freighters handle artist’s shipments for the show. For $55/carton, they will received your art work, store the packaging materials, deliver your art work to the Center for the Arts for the LAA Photo Show, and take down, repackage and return ship your art work after the show. More information is available here: Craters & Freighters Info and Shipping Contract
